Home Owner Association Dues
You will receive a bill for $376.00 twice a year. The dues cover the common areas of the subdivision.

Gate Reader Tags
Our gate system is able to read Causeway tags. Call Liz and she will enter your tag number into our gate system. If you do not have a Causeway tag you can purchase a Northpark gate tag from our Property Manager, Liz Vollenweider. She can be reached at 985-705-2223 or send Liz an email.
